The service
ReportManager helps sellers and agencies monitor product listings on Amazon.in and work with the related reports and advertising files. The service reads publicly available listing information.
ReportManager is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you create an account, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what is done under your account.
- Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they give.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
- Try to reach accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours.
- Interfere with the service, or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Resell or share access outside your organisation without our agreement.
- Copy, modify or reverse engineer the software.
Your content
You keep all rights in the files and data you add to the service. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload them.
Information from Amazon.in
Listing information is shown as it was read at the time of a run. Listings change, and a reading can be incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, and you should confirm anything important on Amazon itself.
You are responsible for how you use the information, including under the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.
Credits and payment
Monitoring runs use credits. The requests and credits a job needs are shown before it starts. Prices are agreed with you for your account. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when credits are returned.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by changes on third-party websites, or by events outside our control. We may change, add or remove features.
Intellectual property
The service, its software and its design belong to ReportManager. These terms give you no right to them beyond using the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ReportManager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
