The delivery promise at every pincode, every day

Pincode Monitoring checks how many days Amazon promises to deliver each product at each pincode you care about, and how your competitors compare there.

Pincode Monitoring: a product's delivery promise at each pincode, day by day, against its fastest competitor.

Pincode Monitoring

What it tells you

See how many days Amazon promises at each pincode, where a product cannot be delivered, and how competitors compare there.

Delivery days

The standard and the fastest delivery promise at each pincode.

Not deliverable

The pincodes Amazon will not ship the product to.

No date, out of stock

Told apart from not deliverable, so they never count as delivery days.

You against competitors

Your promise beside your best competitor, at the same pincode on the same day.

Re-checks

A reading far from the last one is checked again before it is kept.

A grid by date

One row per product and pincode, one column per day.

How it works

Pincode Monitoring in three steps

  1. Add pincodes

Attach pincodes to products in the Product Database, or in the Excel upload.

  2. Run pincode monitoring

Now or on a schedule. A rotating schedule spreads a long list of pincodes over several runs.

  3. Read the grid

Filter any day by its delivery days, and export the grid to Excel.

Good to know

The details that matter

  • Pincode Analysis turns the same readings into a score, an India map and region insights.
  • Every check is one request, so you know the size of a run before it starts.
  • A competitor-only run checks just the competitors at your pincodes.
