Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run the service:
- Account details: your username, email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, never as plain text.
- Workspace content: what you add to the service, such as product identifiers (ASINs), SKUs, nicknames, competitor lists, pincodes and the files you upload.
- Usage records: the jobs you run, when you ran them, the credits they used and when you last signed in.
- Technical data: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and the IP address and browser details our servers may record in their logs.
Listing data from Amazon.in
The product information the service reads, such as prices, stock, ratings and delivery promises, comes from publicly available listing pages. It describes products, not people. A reading of a public listing may be reused for any account that monitors the same listing.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the service, including running the jobs you start or schedule.
- To keep your account and your workspace secure.
- To show you your usage and your credits.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To find and fix problems, and to improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers who host the service, send email for us or help fetch public listing pages. They may use the information only to provide that service to us.
- Other members of your workspace, according to the roles your workspace admin has set.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and workspace information while your account is active. Detailed records of what a monitoring run received are kept for a limited period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your account and its information, and we will do so unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.
Security
We protect information with measures such as hashed passwords, encrypted storage of service credentials and role-based access inside workspaces. No system can be guaranteed secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse of your account.
Your choices
- See and correct your account details on your profile page.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it.
- Workspace admins decide who belongs to a workspace and what each role may do.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, and your browser's own storage, to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.
Children
The service is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
